About
I work with leaders to align head, heart, and gut—so they make better decisions and lead more effectively under pressure, sometimes through experiential work with horses.

Coaching is my second career. I’ve been working with leaders at all levels since 2015, following my certification through New Ventures West. From the beginning, I experienced the work firsthand, learning that what we resist often points directly to where growth is needed. That insight continues to shape my approach today, as I remain committed to my own development alongside coaches around the world.
My first career was in the medical device industry, where I spent decades pioneering new technologies across startups, Fortune 500 companies, and as co-owner of an orthopedic distributorship. I learned leadership in real time from exceptional mentors, challenging environments, and the realities of high-stakes execution. Mission-driven and relentless, I often pushed beyond sustainable limits without recognizing the personal cost.
A cancer diagnosis and surgery became a turning point. During my recovery, working with horses in Southern California changed how I understood leadership and rekindled my love of horses and their powerful presence. It brought together my lifelong interest in neuroscience, the lessons from the barn, and a deeper understanding of how people think, feel, and act under pressure.
Leadership coaching became the natural next chapter—one grounded in experience, science, and a commitment to helping leaders perform at a high level without losing themselves in the process.

Horses value clarity, purpose, safety, consistency, and connection within the herd—needs that are equally essential for humans, especially in times of uncertainty and change.
